Positioned to carry everyone else’s weight while neglecting what’s out of alignment within themselves. Over time, that misalignment begins to show up everywhere. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about realigning what’s already there.

HAVE YOU EVER REALIZED YOU WERE CARRYING MORE THAN YOU WERE EVER MEANT TO HOLD?
Somewhere between the expectations, the responsibilities, and the quiet disappointments you never said out loud… your posture shifted.
Not physically — spiritually. Emotionally. Internally.
You started bending to what life demanded, instead of standing in who God designed you to be.

MEET VIRGINIA
THE AUTHOR
Virginia writes from a place of truth shaped by seasons when she had to confront the areas of her life that were no longer aligned with who she truly was. Her journey through misalignment, healing, and rediscovery informs every word she shares. She understands what it feels like to carry more than you were created to hold, to remain strong on the outside while quietly drifting away on the inside, and to finally make the courageous decision to stand again.
Her writing reflects the honesty and depth of that process, honoring both the weight people carry and the strength required to release it. Through her work, she welcomes readers into a deeper conversation about identity, posture, and wholeness while guiding them back to the version of themselves they feared was gone.
Virginia’s heart is for people, women and men alike, who are navigating the tension between where they have been and who they are becoming. Her book Fix Your Posture, Adjust Your Crown grew from her desire to help others recognize what is out of place internally and intentionally realign with the life God designed for them. She writes with compassion, spiritual grounding, and a sincere desire to see people rise.
Whether through her storytelling, her coaching, or the quiet reflections she offers, Virginia is a steady reminder that healing is possible, identity can be restored, and alignment is always within reach. Her hope is that anyone who encounters her work walks away standing a little taller, seeing themselves a little clearer, and remembering that their crown was never lost but waiting to be adjusted.
